Schedule Editor

What are Schedules?

Schedules are like your personal weekly planners in the Mind Your Now app. They let you tell the app when you want to work on your tasks. For example, you could have a schedule called "Weekdays" that only has time slots from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Assigning Tasks to Schedules

When you create a new task, you can choose to add it to a schedule. This means the task will only be planned during the times you've chosen in that schedule. If you don't choose a schedule, the app can plan the task for any time.

Editing and Creating Schedules

You can make your own schedules or change the ones that are already in the app. To do this, go to the "Schedule Editor" page. There, you'll find a simple system where you can drag and drop time slots to create your perfect week.

The app comes with some example schedules to get you started, but feel free to change them to suit your lifestyle.

How the App Uses Schedules

The Mind Your Now app uses a smart system to plan your tasks. This system looks at the schedules you've set, how old the task is, and when it's due. This makes sure your tasks are planned at the best times for you.
